Historical Sultanahmet Koftecisi is a historical establishment opened in Sultanahmet in 1920. Its founder is Mehmet Seracettin Efendi. It is famous for its classic menu consisting of spice-free meatballs, semolina, and piyaz. The name Sultanahmet Köftecisi was first used by Mehmet Seracettin Tezçakın, who started to work in the business since 1976 as the third generation.
