Tonic and Ginger located in the old synagogue building has the most amazing flavours of Asian infused cuisine, fabulous flavours, one of my favourite dishes is the bang bang cauliflower along with the pork belly - delicious! The staff are friendly and welcoming.. the perfect place to go for a cocktail or drink and then indulge in the food. The old Synagogue building has been renovated perfectly with high ceilings and lighting to give fabulous atmosphere.  Highly recommend.

The food is amazing,fabulous flavours, my favourite is the whole cauliflower dish and the pork belly -delicious! The staff are friendly and welcoming.. The old Synagogue building has been renovated perfectly high ceilings.

Tonic and ginger a hidden gem in the old synagogue building has the most amazing and fabulous flavoursome menu. One of my favourite places to dine. The whole cauliflower dish is to die for, along with the pork belly…. delicious!
