Eagle Cliff Park is located at the far eastern tip of Swift reservoir and has ten picnic sites, a restroom, and a parking area. This park is approximately 47 miles upstream (State Highway 503) from Woodland, WA (Exit 21 off I-5). You cannot drive your car into Eagle Cliff Park. You have to park across the road and walk in. The picnic tables are about all that's there. Still a cool place though. Secluded feeling.
