Great place to try the famous Danish open face sandwhich at lunchtime.

This is a hidden pearl in Copenhagen just near Christianshavn metro station. It’s a historical building turned restaurant, where you sit almost out on the lake. Just beautiful and cosy. The food is all traditional danish food with many options to choose from. Also great place if you just wanna grab a beer. Definitely one of my personal favourites.

The ravelin was built in 1728 as a boom house and military guard room. Here it was checked whether customs duties were paid for goods imported from Amager land to the city of Copenhagen. Sørens favorites is "Hønsesalat" and "Ribbensteg" Hannes favorites is "Stjerneskud" and "Kartoffelmad" - but one will do for lunch! Find your own favorite - ask the waiters for explanations.
