Visitor center has a borrow a bike program that is free/take donations. They let you borrow for a max of 2 hours so it's perfect for biking Cape Henlopen state park. Need a valid ID to borrow the bike. Bikes are limited, usually beach cruisers, some children's bikes available w/ helmets. Visitor center also has a small aquarium restroom available.
