This is an amazing place for an amazing experience. Chef Evan Hennessey owns and prepares meticulous food at this 9 seat, one seating per day, Wed-Sat only. Evan was a 2018 winner of Food Network's "Chopped" and was a Chopped Champion contestant in 2019. A fixed price tasting menu is simply amazing. We've been there 5-6 times. Reservations are required and hard to get so I suggest making them before you arrive if possible.

This is an amazing special occasion restaurant and a true gourmet multi-course dining experience created by a celebrity chef (he forages many of the ingredients locally, which is pretty cool). They offer wine pairings as well. It is a small, artfully created production, and they only serve 6 people at each of their two seatings (5:30pm and 8pm) on Wed. - Sat., of each week last we checked. So, advanced reservations are definitely required (reservations open up 3 months in advance of each date). One Yelp reviewer says, “Definitely a place you should experience once in your life.” When we finally tried it, we were blown away by every single course (there were around 12 of them). If you don't want to go for the full experience, you can also reserve a spot in their library area and order a la cart from a tapas-like menu.
