Take the Alki trail (bike rental, scooter rental, walk) from the sandy beach on the Puget Sound to the water taxi pier with the iconic downtown views. Then take the water taxi to the downtown waterfront to catch a Mariners game, Seahawks game, ride the wheel, visit the Pike Place Market, etc.
