It is trulytraditional Hanoian cuisine. Located in an old colonial house, it is also an art gallery displaying the artworks of young Vietnamese painters. It is a meeting place of the Hanoian intelligentsia and artists. Electic menu includes a salad of lotus flower roots, spring rolls (nem), mountain smoked sausages, grilled pig feet, shrimps in a salted eggs and oil batter, small river shellfish, a large variety of Vietamese fondues (lâu), and mountain sticky rice, a collection of rice alcohols from the northern minority tribes.
