You can combine a visit to the sandy dunes of Dillon Beach on the Pacific Ocean with a visit to a goat and sheep farm. They make one of my favorite cheeses, Teleeka, which means “three” in the Miwok language. It’s a soft cheese made from sheep, cow, and goat milk. On the first Sunday of every month, they do a family friendly tour where you get to be up close with the goats and sheep. Reservations required.
