Just up the hill, and along the way, is a tiny hamlet. No one lives there now, but 2 cottages have been restored and you can wander round and peer through the windows…if you go into the barn you can listen to local people describing the lifestyle of the people who lived there. It’s remote. In cheerier times there have been events and workshops held there. We hope things will happen there again.
