Keep your eyes open for posters around the city. Also on the internet. My personal favourites are the sagra of the hilltop town Montepescali,(10mins by car) and Campagnatico. Bonus tip. These sagres are very reasonably priced. There is no entrance fee. You buy your food and wine and the entertainment is free. A great night out with family or friends. You'll notice that kids are welcome everywhere in Italy. Italians don't have a bedtime for kids. They stay up as late as the adults!!
