Spicy ramen done right. It’s miso-based, with the addition of two spice blends, one hot and one numbing, for a unique taste. You choose your spice level for each. The interior is cool, with devil masks hung everywhere. The chef is real serious about his spices and does a “devil spice” special that’s a hundred times hotter than the normal noodles. He serves it in a black bowl, so you can see if anyone else is eating it. I managed three bites before I gave up.
