An ancient stone circle discovered in 2003 in Kaapsehoop is thought to be an ancient observatory and tool to track the movement of the stars – and the oldest human-made structure on earth, far older than Stone Henge and tens of thousands of years older than the pyramids. Originally thought to be 75 000 years old, they are now thought to be over 200 000 years old. Creepy? Some who have been there say so. They say they can feel something there. What is incredible is that the stone circle now dubbed Adam’s Calendar is one of many that have been spotted since from the air throughout Southern Africa and which all seem to be linked by ancient roadways, hinting at an impossibly ancient civilization
