A visit to our neighbors, the Mennonite community, is a must. Go early for amazing produce, gorgeous views, canned goods, and more. Lots of horse and buggies to see and our Mennonite neighbors are so wonderful. PLEASE dress in appropriate clothing and do not visit coming right off the river in your bathing suits. Modest attire is requested by the Mennonite community. Also, should you want to take pictures please ask their permission.

This place counts as both sightseeing and a great food scene! This is an Amish and Mennonite community where you can purchase their vegetable and herb produce. Once a month they also host an animal market where you can buy all sorts of farm animals. TIP: visit in the morning, they sell out very quickly.
These are our neighbors the Mennonites. This farmers market is wonderful. The have fresh produce, jarred goodies, and gift items for sale. Please be SURE to dress modestly when you visit here. Also, picture taking is not permitted. You are welcome to ask permission to take a photo but many of the Mennonites are not comfortable with having their picture taken.

This is probably the biggest non outdoor/wilderness adventure tourist draw in the Delano area. A group of old world order Mennonites (no power & no engines, etc) farm 500 acres here and grow some amazing produce and sell it and some homemade crafts and soaps, breads, etc. at this little market. Open March thru October or so and Monday - Saturday from 9-5. It is cash only. It's a must do!
