Beautiful location overlooking the Railyard in Santa Fe with the added bonus of being an intriguing plant store as well. Go during the Saturday morning Santa Fe Farmers Market, or at a less crowded time. You’ll have to pay for parking and if you can’t find a street spot there’s an underground garage. As long as you’re parked, check out nearby REI and The Blue Rain gallery for an eye popping treat of Native American art.

This is one of Santa Fe’s newest spots and serves delicious tea, coffee and toasts - you can’t go wrong with the mushroom toast with a poached egg. Opuntia also has a lovely variety of plants that are available for purchase.

Delicious breakfast and lunches. Beautiful plants in a modern atrium like setting.

Seasonally inspired menu of simple bowls and toasts with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. Cool scene, great for lunch...
