They have good, filling lunches on the weekdays - there may be a line. The drinks are great, try their Macuá... the Macuá is a cocktail made with white rum and fruit juices, usually lemon and guava juice. The Macuá is noted as the national drink of Nicaragua. There's also karaoke in a separate room.
