TOP PICK. Italian. Often gets really loud and my hearing is not awesome, so I request table outside. Make a reservation. If you love Italian, look no further. Husband and I beach walk there from Cardiff to Swamis, then just a bit further into Encinitas for date nights. Lovely evening and great opportunity to walk off the Italian fare (check tides and walk 101 sidewalk after dark).

My favorite dinning around the area Veal , Fillet on Blue cheese .. small restaurants like you are in Italy . Service is great in my opinion very friendly and accommodating.
