Coral Coast Hotel is home to the Nour Wellness Centre. It is the hub of all things holistic in Dahab, offering a full programme of yoga, meditation, pranayama and fitness classes, for adults and kids, and some women-only classes. It has a pool and a wonderful massage room where various therapists offer treatments. I teach Kundalini Yoga and meditation on Thursdays at 6pm when I'm in town and there are two other Kundalini classes; Mondays 10am with Michele and Wednesdays 10am with Lesya. Coral Coast is also the base from which I run my Discover Your Depths personal development programmes, using yoga, meditation and freediving as tools for transformation and empowerment.
