from airport the only transport is a trolleybus №14. till the station "Malaya Arnautskaya" and then any tram on Preobrajenskaya street ( №10 or №15) 2 stations till "Tiraspol square" or 6-9 minutes walk from trolleybus. there is also Uber-taxi in Odessa. It's about 4-10 euros from the airport.
