El año pasado, Carmen y Rob, enfermos de la cocina como son, abrieron en Cartagena otro restaurante llamado Moshi, que también acaba de debutar en Medellín. No es oriental ni tampoco es colombiano, pero sí es ambas cosas –¡y funciona!–. Una arriesgada combinación que aquí contó con la fortuna de los buenos resultados.
