Fondée en 2004 par Thierry et Jimmy LAUZEA, la chocolaterie LAUZEA Chocolatier a obtenu une quatrième tablette au dernier Salon du chocolat. La chocolaterie produit une gamme de 35 chocolats et 17 pâtes de fruit. Ils s’appliquent à donner une saveur unique à leurs chocolats, dans le respect de l’art des Maîtres chocolatiers.
