Mark's Creek / Sled Hill Sno-Park. Great for winter fun, sledding for families. 25 miles east on US 26 in the Ochoco National Forest. The steep grade and elevation of the hill allow visitors to choose how much thrill they desire. For those that are not interested in sledding, there is a large communal fire ring near the trees at the base of the hill. Mark’s Creek Sled Hill is an ideal sno-park for anyone who prefers traveling on relatively well maintained roads, easy access, non-motorized winter recreation, and of course SLEDDING! NOTE: Check the ODOT TripCheck camera at Ochoco Divide to gauge how much snow is on the ground in the sno-park vicinity.
