This Park is around the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine often simply Verkhovna Rada or just Rada, is the unicameral parliament of Ukraine. Very close to the Dynamo Stadium. Great place for long walking. Fresh air and quiet. Beautiful view on left side of the Kiev..
