BURGERS GALORE - eclectic meat selection (elk, anyone?). Their sister restaurant, Hammerheads, is also excellent.

Must see to believe restaurant. How about a Kangaroo burger or bison, Kobe or Wagoo? Maybe some bone marrow for an appetizer? This place is the BEST in town.
