If you have school age children that still love play grounds, then the Blowing Rock City Park is a must do while you’re in the area. We fancy ourselves a good game of tag and there isn’t a better place in the High Country than this park to do that. One huge plus…its free! While you’re there, make sure that you check out the pool if you’re here in the summer time.
