Mini Bus: For long distance trips (Kingston, Negril etc) , they are faster, cheaper but can get crowded and there is no air conditioning. Only natural breeze. Depending on how far you going, you may not be very comfortable. Route Taxis: For short distances (in and around town), you can flag one down anywhere you see them. Fare normally ranges from $100 - $200 JD. Only take taxis with red license plates. These could get crowded if they can find more people to fit into these small cars (compact size). Please note: its not always comfortable.
