TOKYO CITY KEIBA at Oi racetrack is your premier racing amusement right in the heart of Tokyo. The brilliant lights and booming cheers of the crowd beckon you to put a unique spin on the typical night out in Tokyo.
Opened in 1950. Known as "Tokyo city keiba" it is the liveliest of all regional recetravks. The twinkle race, which is a night race, is held from late March ntil late November.
It takes 13 min walk from our room. Ohi Racecourse also known as Tokyo City Keiba (TCK), is located in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan. Built in 1950 for horse racing, on weekends it also hosts one of the largest Tokyo-area flea markets.
