If you do go to Santa Teresa one day, have lunch at Bar do mineiro and order a Feijoada. Do not eat the crazy meat that comes inside , or order a plain version. But the beans and bean sauce are fabulous. This is a very typical place in Santa teresa and a great visit.

Dentre as várias casas que estão surgindo ali no pé de Santa Tereza, temos a tradicionalíssima casa do Bar do Mineiro, com sua famosa feijoada. From many houses arising at the sloopes of Santa Tereza, we have the traditonal place Bar do Mineiro, with its delicious "feijoada".
