Fab for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Veggie breakfast is amazing! New venue has opened in John Street which is much closer to flat but it doesn't seem to be on Google Maps yet.
Fantastic new cafe just along from the Art School, delivering outstanding brunch dishes on home-made bread.
Little gem of a cafe hidden in Garnethill. Lovely and relaxing for wonderful coffee and great cake. A really cool lunch menu which is just that little bit different. If youre lucky enough to visit on a sunny day sit outside and enjoy! Sadly not open in the evening.
The Single-End cafe and bakehouse is set in modest surroundings to the rear of a row of traditional Glasgow tenements in Garnethill, near Charing Cross, and is close to the Glasgow School of Art. The Scottish dialect term ‘Singl-end’ refers to a one bedroom flat that, many years ago, was squeezed in between larger flats within a tenement building. The cafe and bakehouse is a casual and comfortable venue for brunch or a break for coffee and cake. Best to travel by public transport or by bike as the parking is very limited towards the city centre.
