My favourite Lambrusco of the area is produced here, in one of the most beautiful part of the countryside. The production of balsamic vinegar is noticeable. you can have a tasting tour for balsamic vinegar and wine (with English speaking guide) but you need to book it first. check their website for details. All the complex is a real gem, a must see! Il mio lambrusco preferito viene prodotto in questa spendida tenuta tra le colline della zona. Ottima anche la produzione di aceto balsamico. potete fare tour di assaggi di vino ed aceto, ma dovete prenotarlo in anticipo attraverso il sito di Venturini
