Now located in the heart of downtown Telluride, Pescado has a new location at 115 W Colorado Ave between Sotheby's and Floradora on the sunny side, below Delilah. Pescado is Telluride's only full sushi bar with traditional Japanese dishes to ones with a modern twist. From simple yellow tail & scallion maki roll to the Pescado original Green Dragon.
