Madrid Río is one of the largest ecological rebalancing operations ever carried out in the city. It arose from the burying of Calle 30 on its way along the Manzanares the Manzanares River, what used to be a ring road with thousands of cars passing through it every day, is now a large green space with more than ten kilometres of pedestrian routes for the use and enjoyment of Madrid's citizens and visitors alike.

Its awesome yo walk around or get a bike a ride it along. You will see another view of Madrid and you can go from a former industrial and working area as Legazpi until the Royal Palace and it's surroundings.
This is a linear park following the Manzanares Margin, it starts from Principe Pío train station and end in Matadero. Is avery nace place to walk and enjoy of a different experience
