Do you want to learn more about old town Seward and old time Alaska, then head on over to the museum to view artifacts from the past. There’s also a movie that you can watch on the 1964 earthquake that devastated Alaska. This is also another great rainy day activity.
The Seward Community Library & Museum has partnered with two local non-profits to provide 'Two movies at 2pm' every day during the summer months. These two movies cover the historical Good Friday earthquake of 1964 and Sewards connection to the long standing Iditarod dog race. I highly recommend you take the time to attend these films and support a much needed resource in our community.
