The tantanmen itself is delicious, and you can also help yourself to unlimited helpings of rice and pickled vegetables, so it’s easy to fill up. Although I’m personally happy to stick to the standard tantanmen here, you can also vary the spice level and amount of sesame to suit your own taste.
