The restaurant boasts an excellent surf and turf menu which maintains the customers’ interest: it is constantly being renovated, offering a small but attractive range of starters, mains and desserts, which are all made using local produce as much as possible. If you are into fish and Baja, Merotoro is one of the highest-quality restaurants in this list (also a bit more expensive than the rest). We love the fresh fish and how they prepare it. They also have rare but great Mexican wines so we always let the waiter choose it. Make reservations in advance.
