Generally a second hand clothing store. If you really don't want to pay a lot for clothes or shoes you're going to burn out quickly during your travels this is a place you could go to.

Fripe-Prix Renaissance is like a Salvation Army. Thrift shop, second-hand clothing. It's hit or miss on what is in stock because that's how second hand shopping works.
