Great bar for the winter. In a basement. Very popular with locals. Good pub food. Real Ales on tap. They have a good (tough) pub quizz there on a Tuesday night. 10 minutes walk from the flat.

Our favourite old fashioned pub. Great atmosphere, good food and interesting history - James Young Simpson who invented chloroform lived here!
