This surf school 10 minutes away from Mhai Yoga offers a wide variety of courses. It’s a great place to learn how to navigate the waters of the north coast, be it on a surfboard or kiteboard or Stand Up Paddleboard. They teach an hour-long SUP yoga session, where you’re doing poses while floating on the sea. Very cool. There are classes for all levels, and they accommodate four to six people max. If you get the hang of SUP yoga and want to continue, you can rent a paddleboard and practice.
