Este museo, también conocido como la Ex Aduana de Ciudad Juárez ha sido sede de importantes eventos históricos para el país, como la renuncia de Porfirio Díaz y el despacho donde Don Benito Juárez dirigió durante un año el gobierno de México. La bella construcción que data del siglo XIX fue inaugurada el 10 de septiembre de 1889 como la aduana fronteriza entre México y Estados Unidos. Este hermoso edificio de estilo francés, con paredes de ladrillo rojo y artículos decorativos como pilastras, candiles y cortinajes, exhibe fragmentos de historia a través del tiempo como la Conquista, el Virreinato, la Independencia, la cultura Paquimé, la Reforma, el Porfiriato y la Revolución Mexicana.
