Tobeys is hidden away and seems to have been untouched by time. The basic diner food is good, the service is always very friendly if not always swift, and the real stand out is the panoramic view of Balboa Park and the San Diego skyline. You won't find a more affordable place with a better view.

Classic greasy-spoon style breakfast place. Amazing views of Balboa Park, downtown SD, Point Loma and San Diego Bay.
