This restaurant beams you to India just up a flight of stairs. It is also nearly as affordable (with concession card even more so). With a fixed vegetarian menu and all you can eat. Expect no glamour or table cloths. The upper dining room is usually the quieter one.

If you like great vegetarian meals for less than $10 try the Hari Krishna Crossways for lunch. The set menu changes every week day. A 10-15 minute walk or catch the Nicholson St tram.
