On this walking tour of London's streets we will watch clips from the movies while I regale you with behind-the-scenes stories of those locations and how they were used in the film series. Our first stop will be the entrance to Diagon Alley, before we pop down to see the Ministry of Magic, and find out which Leaky Cauldron has the best tacos, as well as others I don't want to spoil here. I will also share some of the strangest, funniest non-HP facts I've learned about London along the way. We will finish at Borough Market, London's top street food destination, with King's Cross just a separate Tube ride away. PLEASE be aware the tour is offered in English only, and it is largely story-based, so a better-than-basic conversational grasp of English is essential. While witches and wizards of all ages are welcome, due to the amount of walking and the content, I more recommend it for ages 11+. Strictly one person per slot. No exceptions. We'll provide you with a gorgeous, hand-built British bicycle and a tweed flat cap (caps optional, helmets also available) and we'll set off on an adventure around London’s iconic sights and lesser-known hidden gems. Following back streets and dedicated bike lanes, you'll ride from Big Ben past Westminster Abbey and up to Buckingham Palace, the home of the Queen, where we'll see the Royal Guards in their dapper uniforms. (Changing of the Guard days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, & Sundays) You'll coast along (London is very flat!) at an easy-going pace, stopping regularly to hear fun facts and some quirky historical tales. There's time to take photos too! We'll then take a break to enjoy a pint of beer at a cosy historic pub where you can get to know your fellow travellers. Lastly, you'll have a chance to try street art in Banksy's graffiti tunnel (and we provide spray paint!). We've designed this route to give you the best introduction to London. Standing by some of the most foreboding locations in the city, I'll tell you about the gruesome executions which took place here, and the partying and revelry which accompanied them! You'll be taken within the shell of a church destroyed in the Blitz, and be led into the park which displays one of the most touching memorials to self sacrifice you could possibly imagine. The walk lasts 1.5 hours and will leave a lasting impression of a different side to London's deep and extraordinary history. Other things to note Your guide will be easily identifiable with a flag and friendly smile. There are no toilet or refreshment breaks during the tour, so please be prepared.

I invite you to join me to see Royal palaces and other iconic royal sites, hear personal stories of my experiences with members of the Royal Family and even get to see a piece of Prince William's and Kate's wedding cake! We will start at Trafalgar Square and hear about its history and then move on to see the pomp and pageantry of the Changing of the King's Life Guard. We then walk along The Mall to St James' Palace and Clarence House where I will tell you tales of Princes William and Harry the night before William's wedding. Next is a short walk to Buckingham Palace where you will have more opportunities to take photos and hear stories of the Royal household. We then walk into picturesque St James' Park where there is a chance to pause (kiosk available for drinks) and look at gifts presented to me by members of the Royal family. On the way to Parliament Square I will tell you all about the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament and Big Ben). The final part of the walk takes us along Whitehall, past Downing Street (home of the Prime Minister) and then to the spot where King Charles 1st was executed. We will finish back at Trafalgar Square Other things to note If on the 2pm walk we will see a shortened Guard change at 4pm. We will have an opportunity on the way for a short stop for you to buy drinks and visit a toilet.

We ride all through the year and we're winterproof. In a small group, we'll explore two areas of London - the historic square mile of the City and vibrant & creative East London taking in 2,000 years of history in Roman London, through to re-generated and gentrified 'hipster' side of London where the street art paint is still wet and English isn't the first language of many residents. As we ride, I will tell you lots of legends and stories about the characters who have shaped London history. This ride is for you if: - you want to see the historic neighbourhoods where people have lived and worked for centuries - sitting on a tour bus is too passive - you prefer to go off the beaten path and see the alternative sights of London (though we do get the best views of the Bridge over the River) - you want to engage with a real Londoner who can give you honest opinions on all aspects of British life You'll ride my personal collection of bikes, including the option to ride one of my bamboo mountain bikes or one of my carefully curated vintage town bikes. We'll move onto some of my favourite neighbourhood spots, including iconic London markets depending on the day of the week Other things to note We will stick to back streets and cycle paths, and while London is cycle friendly, you should be happy to leisurely cycle for 3 hours within an urban landscape. Here is what you will do when you join us: - Turn up at 2.15pm to register for a 2.30pm start - Play in our mini-tournaments for 1h30 - Go to a local pub to watch a Premier League game (depending on official schedules) These fun and friendly tournaments are opened to individuals, groups of friends or teams, and consist of 4/5 games of approximatively 20min each depending on the number of players on the day, with some breaks in between.
